We supply blending vessels and vacuum reactors designed to deliver controlled, repeatable blending across a wide range of process applications. These systems are suited to products that require consistent homogeneity, effective air removal, or controlled processing under vacuum conditions.
Blending vessels and vacuum reactors can be fitted with integrated jackets to support in-vessel heat treatment. These jackets can use steam or hot water for heating and chilled or cold water for cooling. Where required, temperature control can also be achieved externally, for example via plate heat exchangers, or through a combination of internal and external heating and cooling to meet specific process requirements.
Industrial mixing and blending equipment can be as simple as a vessel with agitation through to a fully skid mounted PLC controlled system with heating, cooling homogenisation and powder incorporation among the possible features that can be included.
