Now we collectively announce a move towards a more formal partnership, as Fristam officially names S4 Engineering a “Fristam Pumps Master Integrator”.
How it all began
The relationship between our two companies began, when Shane Few (S4’s owner) visited Fristam’s exhibition stand at the PPMA show, the same year that Fristam unveiled their latest innovation (at the time) – the first Fristam double screw pump. Instilling their faith in Fristam’s new pump design, S4 Engineering placed the first bulk order of FDS pumps in the UK, for a project at a well-known dessert company. Fast forward to today and due to our incredible reputation, our client base has grown exponentially.
So why are S4 Engineering Fristam’s first Master Integrator in the UK?
Alastair Black, Managing Director for Fristam Pumps UK said – “Over the last decade, as a company we have noticed a surge in end users approaching project houses to deliver on larger scale projects. So naturally, part of our growth strategy in the UK was to identify suitable project companies who could take Fristam products and deliver them as part of a packaged solution.”
After working on many large-scale projects over the last 7 years, Shane Few, owner of S4 Engineering, approached Fristam and suggested upgrading our close working relationship to a more official partnership. The collaboration was a natural fit, as both companies value a consultative approach and are committed to making exceptional customer service a reality, not just a sales motto.
What does that mean – on a practical level?
- In conjunction with Fristam naming us their master integrator, we commit to making Fristam our key hygienic pumps supplier. This symbiotic relationship will enhance the service we collectively deliver to the end user from our initial joint consultations all the way through to our after-sales support.
- S4 Engineering will be one of the first companies to be introduced to any of Fristam’s new innovations on the market.
- Fristam will deliver enhanced product training on pump and powder mixer system integration to S4, which will help to improve both energy and application efficiency and ensure the pumps capabilities are maximised.
- Competitive pricing agreements between our companies give us an economical edge during project proposal stages. We can offer the highest quality pumps on the market for a reasonable price.
