In-line Heating & Cooling Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers (SSHEs)
Scraped surface heat exchangers (SSHEs) are commonly used in the food industry for continuous liquid heat transfer and crystallisation processes.
They are ideally suited for products that are viscous, sticky and contain particulate matter. Especially appropriate where there is some degree of crystallisation required.

Plate & Tubular Heat Exchangers

Heating and cooling vessels can be done in a continuous or batch process depending on the process & production requirements. Additionally, you can use clean in place system to automatically clean the internal components during a production process.
