The brief: Increase production capacity
Established pudding company Gu approached us as they wanted to expand production capacity and had an empty building on their premises to put this into action. We were elated to take this project on board by installing a full new line to help Gu incorporate different methods of cooking and manufacturing.
The solution: Installing a new line
We designed, supplied, and installed a full new line which consisted of cooking, mixing, cooling, CIP, hygienic and services pipework systems with control and automation and recipe management. We successfully provided a full turnkey solution for an efficient solution to help our client achieve their ambitious production goals.
This allowed Gu to expand their production capacity, which has made way for ‘phase 2.’
