Brief: Increasing production rates
The client needed to produce almond nut butter at a much higher volume than previously to meet the high demand. S4 was approached by the principal contractor on the job to supply a large amount of the line (with the principal contractor supplying the grinders). Though a big undertaking, S4’s expertise ensured the expanded nut butter operation would run smoothly and efficiently.
Solution: Installing an almond butter oil processing plant
With our food and beverage processing equipment, we were equipped with the expertise to design and install the collection and cooking vessels with all the pumps, valves, and pipework included. Full control and automation were also supplied, making the system fully automated to supply different filling lines.
Furthermore, we provided full control and automation features to make the system completely automated, allowing it to cater to various filling lines efficiently and effectively.

The system provided the client with the ability to produce much larger batches, which improved efficiency and volume from previous production.
