We project managed and integrated a full, bespoke dairy processing plant into Tims Dairy’s existing factory. Despite extreme space limitations, our team successfully installed all new equipment while working evenings and weekends to ensure zero interruption or downtime to their current operations, resulting in a significant and cost-effective expansion of the factory’s production capacity.
