Types of Vacuum Reactor

Typical Uses Of Our Vacuum Reactor

Pharmaceutical

By eliminating air bubbles and maintaining precise temperatures, the S4 vacuum reactor creates stable medicinal products, including:

  • Ointments, gels, and creams: Produce smooth, homogeneous textures for topical treatments, such as antiseptics and medicated balms.
  • Syrups and extracts: Supports the concentration of heat-sensitive liquids under a gentle vacuum to create syrups and extracts.

Cosmetics

By preventing oxidation and ensuring fine particle distribution, the vacuum reactor ensures high-quality finishes and long shelf lives for a wide range of beauty products, including:

  • Moisturisers, lotions and serums: Emulsification of oil and water phases helps to create non-greasy textures for cream and serum-based products.
  • Foundations, emulsions and shampoos: Handles high-viscosity blending, without introducing micro-bubbles, for cosmetics and hair care.
