Brief: Increasing cooking capacity for ready-meals
To satisfy the increased demand for ready-meal products, food manufacturing company 2 Sisters Food Group sought to expand their cooking capacity. The company decided to replace their two existing cooking vessels with larger models, expanding the amount of food they could prepare. This upgrade will allow for increased production. Though a simple change, installing new, high-capacity cooking vessels is a strategic move that will position 2SFG for growth.
Solution: Installing 2 cooking kettle systems
S4 engineered and implemented two off Cooking Kettle Systems with bin tippers, complete with control and automation integration. We incorporated an access platform and cleaning and recovery systems (made to the design of other panels on site for ease of use).
Result: Improved cooking capacity
